5 pounds high gluten flour
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
4 sticks margarine (0 trans fat)
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups apple juice
3 cups warm water
4 ounces yeast
1 and 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
2 and 1/2 cups cocoa
6 and 3/4 cup sugar
9 vanilla sugar
Mix and let dough rise for half hour. tTke challah with bracha. (The dough will be sticky).
Forms 8 loafs.
Make slits on top. Brush with eggs and bake for one hour on 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
