Lemon Kohlrabi Sticks

Directions

In a bowl, drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle salt over the kohlrabi.

Set aside for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

The fresher this salad is, the crunchier it will be (and the sharper the kohlrabi flavor will be). After two to three days, the kohlrabi will become too soft, so don’t prep this salad too far ahead of serving.
