Diets I used to see this dish on my sister’s Shabbos table each week. It takes literally a minute to prepare and it’s delicious! Sometimes you don’t need a whole lot of effort for yummy results.
2 kohlrabis, cut into sticks
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
pinch of salt
In a bowl, drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle salt over the kohlrabi.
Set aside for 30 minutes before serving.
