Ingredients

Lotus Mousse

  • 2 containers whipping topping, such as Kineret

  • 1/2 container marshmallow fluff

  • 1/2 jar Lotus spread, warmed until runny

  • Lotus cookies, for topping

Directions

1.

Whip up the whipped topping. Fold in the marshmallow fluff and melted Lotus.

2.

Put the mixture into dessert cups and top each with a Lotus cookie!
