Lotus Pie

One of the easiest parve desserts I have ever made, 3 ingredients is all you need, and you choose how much you want!

Directions

1. Whisk cream until soft peaks form in a stand mixer or using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
2.

Add desired amount of lotus butter; the more you put, the more lotusy it will taste.

3. Whisk together until stiff peaks form.
4. Pour into graham cracker crust.
5. Cover and freeze.
6. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving.
7. Cut and Enjoy!
8. Can be refrozen or eaten as cream, it’s delicious either way!
