1 pound Gefen Elbow Pasta
1 cup reserved pasta water
1 block Chevington Mature Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside. Do not rinse.
Use a cheese grater to shred the blocks of cheese.
Reserve half the grated cheese for the top.
Add all ingredients to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix until combined.
Top with remaining shredded cheese
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
