Mango Passion Sunrise Frosty

Ingredients

Layer 1- Muddled Fruit

  • 1 fresh lime

Layer 2- Ice Cream

  • vanilla ice cream, to taste

Layer 3- Mango Smoothie

  • 2 heaping cups Beleaves Frozen Mango chunks

  • 1 and 1/2 cups whole milk

  • 1/2 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice

Layer 4- Garnish

  • whipped cream

  • fresh mango, diced into small cubes

  • fresh mint leaves

  • fruit syrup

Directions

For the Muddled Fruit Layer

1.

Place two to three semi-defrosted strawberries and two to three passion fruit cubes into each cup.

2.

Squeeze a bit of fresh lime juice over the fruit. Use a fork to gently muddle the mixture until chunky (not smooth).

Ice Cream Layer

1.

Add one to two scoops of slightly thawed vanilla ice cream on top of the fruit.

Mango Smoothie Layer

1.

In a blender, combine the frozen mango, milk, orange juice, and sweetened condensed milk.

Blend until thick and creamy. Pour over the ice cream layer.

To Serve

1.

Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Finish with diced mango, a sprig of fresh mint, and a drizzle of fruit syrup. Serve immediately with a long spoon or wide straw—and enjoy chilled!

Tips:

Prefer a bit more tartness? Add a few extra frozen passion fruit cubes to the mango smoothie for a tangy twist.
