Sweetened condensed milk lends a deep richness to this vibrant layered float. From tangy passion fruit to creamy mango, summer berries to whipped cream—tropical layers swirl into one cool, dreamy escape.
Yield: 2 large (12–16 ounce) servings, or 3 smaller (8 ounce) servings.
1/2 bag frozen strawberries
1/2 bag Beleaves Frozen Passion Fruit cubes (preferably unseeded)
1 fresh lime
vanilla ice cream, to taste
2 heaping cups Beleaves Frozen Mango chunks
1 and 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
1 to 2 tablespoons Yummy Sweetened Condensed Milk
whipped cream
fresh mango, diced into small cubes
fresh mint leaves
fruit syrup
Place two to three semi-defrosted strawberries and two to three passion fruit cubes into each cup.
Squeeze a bit of fresh lime juice over the fruit. Use a fork to gently muddle the mixture until chunky (not smooth).
Add one to two scoops of slightly thawed vanilla ice cream on top of the fruit.
In a blender, combine the frozen mango, milk, orange juice, and sweetened condensed milk.
Blend until thick and creamy. Pour over the ice cream layer.
Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Finish with diced mango, a sprig of fresh mint, and a drizzle of fruit syrup. Serve immediately with a long spoon or wide straw—and enjoy chilled!
