  • Mozzarella cheese

  • cottage cheese

  • oregano

  • 5 pieces of shmura matzah

  • marinara sauce

  • Farmers cheese

  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

Prepare the Matza Lasagna

First soak your matzah in water for 30 seconds. Place one piece in a pan. Next spread on marinara sauce. After, sprinkle some farmers cheese, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese on the sauce. Also sprinkle some oregano on the cheese. Place another matzah board and continue layering until you reach 3/4 of the way. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

Finally, put the matzah lasagna in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes lightly covered and 25-30 minutes uncovered until the sides are crispy.
