A healthier twist on mayo-filled pesto dip, you won’t be able to tell the difference!
2 cups fresh cleaned basil leaves
3 cloves garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/4 cup sesame paste (such as Haddar Tahini)
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
1 and 1/2 teaspoons mustard
1/4 cup water
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Use a blender or food processor to blend all ingredients together on high speed until smooth and well combined. Add more sesame paste or water a tablespoon at a time to thicken or loosen the consistency, if necessary.
