Mediterranean Corn Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 8 ounces Haddar Baby Corn, sliced

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered

  • 2 Kirby cucumbers, cut into half moons

  • 10 ounces fresh parsley, chopped

Dressing

Directions

1.

In a bowl, mix together baby corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and parsley.

2.

To a container, add oil, lemon juice, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Close securely and shake to blend.

3.

Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
