This is a healthier version of your typical pizza — equally delicious and half the calories.
14 ounces Beleaves Riced Cauliflower
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Gefen Pizza Sauce (use sugar-free if desired)
shredded cheese
sliced mushrooms
Gefen Olives, optional
Mix riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and salt until combined. Taking a handful of the mixture at a time, squeeze out excess liquid (which may include some of the egg) and form into six balls . Place onto prepared cookie sheet and flatten to form four-inch circles. Bake for 20 minutes.
Spread sauce, cheese, and toppings over cauliflower crusts. Bake for an additional five to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
