For the coffee lover! This has an intense coffee flavor and will give you a real pick-me-up when you really need it! Mix in the whipped cream for a more creamy taste.
Place 1 teaspoon coffee in each of 4 cups.
Pour 6 ounces hot water into each.
Beat whip cream, place into pastry bag.
With star tip, swirl whip cream over coffee.
Serve with rock candy as straw.
