Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons dark, robust coffee

  • 24 ounces boiling water

  • 4 ounces whipped cream

Directions

Prepare the Mochacciono Irish coffee

1.

Place 1 teaspoon coffee in each of 4 cups.

2.

Pour 6 ounces hot water into each.

3.

Beat whip cream, place into pastry bag.

4.

With star tip, swirl whip cream over coffee.

5.

Sprinkle cinnamon.

6.

Serve with rock candy as straw.
