It’s pasta salad season and my mom’s recipe is simple and delicious! Pair it with my Honey Lemon Iced Tea and it’s the perfect meal for a picnic out on a beautiful day.
5 cups cooked macaroni pasta
1 small red onion, diced
2 carrots, diced or grated
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 to 1/3 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Tuscanini Sea Salt
crack of black pepper
Mix everything together in a large bowl. Start with less mayonnaise and add more as needed.
