Ingredients

Morning Sunshine Muffins

  • 1 and 1/2 cups Shibolim Whole Wheat Flour

  • 3/4 cup turbinado brown sugar

  • 1 cup instant oats

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 egg

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well.

3.

Add in the egg, orange juice, milk, and vanilla. Mix until combined.

4.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes.

5.

Enjoy with a delicious cup of coffee!

Tips:

Combine the dry ingredients in a Ziploc at night. The next morning, add in the wet ingredients, mix, and pop the muffins into the oven for a delicious wake-up surprise for your family!
