Yields: 12 large muffins
1 and 1/2 cups Shibolim Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 cup turbinado brown sugar
1 cup instant oats
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup milk or Gefen Almond Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix well.
Add in the egg, orange juice, milk, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes.
Enjoy with a delicious cup of coffee!
