1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
4-5 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
Combine all ingredients, mix well, and refrigerate for a few hours before using, giving time for the flavors to meld.
Yields 3/4 cup.
