Ingredients

No Bake Gluten-Free Hamantaschen

Directions

1.

Mix ingredients together and scoop out into balls. Flatten them slightly.

2.

Form those balls into triangles and press your thumb in the middle to form an indentation. Place whatever you would like inside the indentation. I use different jellies.

3.

Place your hamantaschen in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes so your dough can set, and enjoy!

Notes:

Oat flour and protein powder can be substituted with an equal amount of almond flour.
