This makes a great addition to the dip course on Shabbos day and gets finished every time with people scraping their challah on the last bits in the bowl.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 avocados, cubed

  • 4 Israeli cucumbers, chopped

  • 1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes, cut into halves or fourths

  • 1/3 of a large mango, cubed

  • juice of 1 lime

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 TBSP of avocado oil

  • 1 and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1 and 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

Prepare the Guac

Combine all ingredients, gently toss to mix using gloves, and enjoy!
