1 cup flour
2 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1.5 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla [sugar]
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
3 T. melted butter, plus more for frying
chocolate chips
blueberries
cinnamon
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and vanilla.
Add rest of the ingredients.
Mix until just combined.
Fry in butter.
