These make a delicious protein-filled breakfast or lunch.
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
5 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1 and 1/2 cups Mishpacha Flour
oil, for frying
Blend together eggs, milk, yogurt, sugar, and salt. Add baking powder and flour and blend until well combined.
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Fry pancakes on each side until golden.
