Easy and healthy for Shavuos, or any night that you serve milchigs. It makes a great breakfast or lunch, too!
1/2 cup Gefen Granola (preferably pecan granola)
5 large strawberries, sliced
1 large container vanilla yogurt
Layer granola, strawberries, and yogurt in tall glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of granola and mint leaves. Can be prepared up to one hour in advance.
