This refreshing salad is a perfect addition to your milchig kiddush or meal. It is light and tasty. Prepare the dressing before Yom Tov and simply combine the rest in a bowl before serving.
2 packs Beleaves Spring Mix
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fresh cherries, cut in half
2 kiwis, diced
2 peaches, sliced thinly
1 cup granola
1 and 1/2 cups Greek nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 tablespoon Gefen Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients well.
Pour the dressing over the salad immediately before serving and top with granola.
