10 ounces baby spinach
16 ounces strawberries, quartered
1 mango, sliced thin
1 cup pistachio nuts
Gefen Granola (optional) (use gluten free granola, if needed)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
3 tablespoons smooth strawberry jam
3-4 tablespoons Gefen Honey
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Mix all ingredients for dressing until well combined.
Toss dressing with salad ingredients. Serve immediately.
