Ingredients

Parchment Baked Salmon with Veggies

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed, or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 cube Gefen Dill

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

  • salt

  • pepper

Directions

1.

Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, dill, smoked paprika salt and pepper.

3.

Open parchment bag and arrange one row of potato slices and one row of squash (about sizes of fish).

4.

Season with salt and pepper. Place salmon fillet on top. Brush with mixture and top with two slices of lemon.

5.

Scatter a few olives around fish. Repeat with remaining parchment and ingredients. Fold to seal bag. Place bag on baking sheet.

6.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
