Great for beginners. Makes a nice change for Friday night.
4 cloves garlic, minced or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
12 tablespoons Gefen Light Olive Oil
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
4 salmon fillets
Prepare marinade by mixing all ingredients. Pour over fish fillets.
Marinate in refrigerator for one hour, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade again, and seal.
Place sealed salmon in baking dish or foil pan. Bake 35–45 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
