Diets I like this cut of lamb chops because it has a lot of meat on it, and it’s tender and flavorful. If you can’t find center-bone-cut lamb chops, feel free to use any type of lamb chop. The truth is that this rub is really delicious on chicken too!
6 center-bone-cut lamb chops
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Haddar Kosher Salt
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1-inch (3-centimeter) piece horseradish, grated
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
Combine all marinade ingredients and rub into chops. Marinate for a few hours, or up to overnight.
Place oven rack right under the broiler. Preheat broiler.
Broil on high for three minutes on both sides, then remove from oven. Set oven to 250°F (120°C) and return chops to oven for 30 minutes.
