This sugar-free smoothie, originally from my book Secrets of Skinny Cooking, is absolutely delicious when made with oat milk.
4 to 6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding powder
3/4 cup Gefen Oat Milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
2 packets sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
Blend all ingredients. Add more or less ice to achieve your desired consistency.
