Easy to make, easy to serve. Sweet, sticky, and sensational.
1 cup Haddar Light Corn Syrup
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 and 1/2 cup pecans
2 packages mini tart shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Stir first five ingredients in a bowl. Mix in pecans.
Pour batter into individual pie crusts.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cool.
