Pesach Almond Cookies

Ingredients

Almond Cookies

  • 3 eggs

  • 4 cups ground almonds

  • 1/2 cup ground walnuts

  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well using a fork.

3.

Scoop the cookie dough and dip the top into the slivered almonds.

4.

Place the cookies onto a lined baking sheet and press each down with a spoon to flatten it slightly.

5.

Bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
