Diets Pre-wrap these adorable sandwiches in parchment paper and twine. You can even prepare them in advance and freeze.
1 mini baguette
1–2 tablespoons crumbled Ta’amti Feta Cheese
1 tomato slice
1 tablespoon mushroom-scallion mixture
12 ounces (340 grams) portobello mushrooms, diced
3 scallions, chopped
oil, for sautéing
2 tablespoons Bartenura Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
3 cloves garlic, crushed or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
Sauté mushrooms and scallions in oil.
Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for five minutes.
Slice open the mini baguette. Spread one tablespoon of the mushroom mixture inside.
Arrange tomato and cheese on top. Place in a panini machine to toast.
