Fancy up your store-bought macaroons when serving them to company this Passover. Haddar’s gluten free pretzel crumbs add that little something special.

Haddar Gluten Free Pretzel Crumbs, for topping
Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between to ensure even melting.
Prepare a shallow bowl or plate and fill with the pretzel crumbs.
Dip a macaroon into the chocolate. Hold it over the bowl of melted chocolate for a few seconds to allow any excess to neatly drip off. Next, dip it into the pretzel crumbs. Remove to a lined baking sheet or prepared tray. Allow to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes so the chocolate hardens.
