Using Manischewitz Matza Meal for the binder, these patties are so easy to make. They turn out moist and delicious!
Makes 6 good-sized patties
1 pound lean ground meat
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic
2 tablespoons Manischewitz Matzo Meal
1 tablespoon Gefen Ketchup, plus additional for basting
Combine ingredients with meat and form into patties.
Lay onto cookie sheet and baste each patty with ketchup.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, then turn patties over, baste again, and cook that side for an additional 20 minutes.
