If you are sick of bland tuna, try this! Great on a sandwich or with cut vegetables.
2 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise – or more
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle relish
few shakes garlic powder
few shakes dried oregano
a few grind or shakes of coarse black pepper
1 can solid white albacore tuna
finely minced celery (optional)
shredded carrot (optional)
In a small bowl, mix everything but tuna with a fork. Drain tuna very well, pressing out all water. Add and mix to combine.
