Really Good Tuna Salad

Ingredients

Tuna Salad

  • 2 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise – or more

  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon pickle relish

  • few shakes garlic powder

  • few shakes dried oregano

  • a few grind or shakes of coarse black pepper

  • 1 can solid white albacore tuna

  • finely minced celery (optional)

  • shredded carrot (optional)

Directions

1.

In a small bowl, mix everything but tuna with a fork. Drain tuna very well, pressing out all water. Add and mix to combine.
