brisket, brought to room temperature
Simply Gourmet Smoky Coffee Rub
2 bottles Pure Foods Brisket Sauce, any flavor
1/2 to 1 cup beer or chicken stock, such as Manischewitz
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Massage salt and pepper or coffee rub into the meat. Pour the sauce over the meat. Pour the beer or chicken stock in the side of the pan.
Cover, and bake for three and a half to four hours, or until fork tender and fully cooked. Slice against the grain.
