Here’s a quick and easy salmon recipe that can be made on its own or with some broccoli for a complete meal.
4 salmon fillets
1 cup Beleaf Frozen Broccoli Florets, thawed
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise (or homemade)
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Haddar Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced
pinch of parsley flakes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place salmon in a baking pan. Surround with broccoli florets and top with onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, water, honey, lemon juice, mustard, salt, garlic, and parsley. Pour over salmon. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
