Sesame Crusted Salmon with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Sesame Crusted Salmon with Dipping Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce (or use wheat-free soy sauce for gluten free)

  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Honey

  • 2 teaspoons orange juice

  • 1/2 cup black and white sesame seeds, such as Pereg

Directions

1.

In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, chili sauce and orange juice.

2.

Place sesame seeds on a large plate.

3.

Brush salmon with egg whites then coat in sesame seeds.

4.

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat, place salmon in skillet and cook for three minutes each side.

5.

Serve warm with dipping sauce.
