Diets This fish recipe requires a bit more effort than usual but the results are amazing.
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce (or use wheat-free soy sauce for gluten free)
2 tablespoon chili sauce
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
2 teaspoons orange juice
1/2 cup black and white sesame seeds, such as Pereg
4 salmon fillets
1 egg white
In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, chili sauce and orange juice.
Place sesame seeds on a large plate.
Brush salmon with egg whites then coat in sesame seeds.
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat, place salmon in skillet and cook for three minutes each side.
Serve warm with dipping sauce.
