Ingredients

Sesame Soy London Broil

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

  • 2 scallions, chopped

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of pepper

Directions

Prepare the Sesame Soy London Broil

1.

Mix together all the marinade ingredients and pour all over the London broil. Let marinate for 20 minutes or overnight.

2.

Broil for five minutes, then reduce temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook an additional 10 minutes (or until meat reaches desired temperature – you can use a thermometer).

3.

Let rest, then slice and serve.

The marinade resulted in a very tasty London broil. I grilled it for 10 minutes on each side.
