Can I use a 3.8 lb beef minute roast. I have never cooked this type of meat before. My son bought it when I asked him to get a french roast but they were out of it.
If I can't use the beef minute roast for this recipe, any suggestions what to do with it?
Thanks in advance - kathi

Since its cooking at a low temp - it'll still need 12 hours but you can check it every few hours until soft.
