Directions

Prepare the Tapenade

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

Prepare the Stuffed Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Take the ball of defrosted dough and gently roll it out into a larger circle. Slice the circle in half, horizontally.

  3. Spread tapenade over both half circles of dough. Fold them in half and stand them up at one end of the greased loaf pan.

  4. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.

  5. Cover the pan with a towel and let the dough rise for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.

  6. Drizzle the loaf with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs de Provence blend.

  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.

  8. Serve with olive oil for dipping.
