  • 4 anchovies

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

Directions

Prepare the Olive Tapenade

1.

Process olives, garlic, anchovies, and thyme in food processor in short pulses.

2.

When smooth, add olive oil in a thin stream while mixing.

Notes:

Can be stored in a jar in the refrigerator for up to a month. A delicious and nutritious sandwich spread for the entire family!
