Ingredients

Smoky Coffee Meat Rub

  • 1/4 cup good-quality ground coffee

  • 1/4 cup turbinado raw sugar

  • 3 tablespoons smoked paprika

  • 2 tablespoons Manischewitz Kosher Salt

  • 3 tablespoons onion flakes

  • 3 tablespoons Pereg Sweet Paprika

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped orange zest

Directions

Prepare the Smoky Coffee Meat Rub

Mix all ingredients together well.
