1 and 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
9 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup milk (nondairy or dairy)
1 egg
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon oil
hot water
mini marshmallows
graham crackers, broken into small pieces
melted chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a donut pan.
Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl, then add oil, milk, and egg.
Pour batter into donut pan and bake for 20- 25 minutes until golden.
For the icing, mix the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and oil in a small bowl.
Slowly add hot water until it is the right consistency.
Spread icing on cooled donuts and top with mini marshmallows and graham crackers. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
