“Sour Cream” and Onion Dip

Ingredients

“Sour Cream” and Onion Dip

  • 5 scallions, white and light green parts only

  • 2 teaspoons Gefen Olive Oil, divided

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Directions

1.

Heat a grill/sauté pan. While it heats, mix scallions with one teaspoon oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add to pan and grill until scallions are slightly charred, about two minutes. Flip over and grill on the other side.

Transfer to a cutting board and let cool. Chop finely.

3.

In a bowl, mix scallions with the Greek yogurt. Add everything seasoning, chives, garlic powder, and remaining one teaspoon oil. Taste and add additional salt and pepper to your liking.
