Diets Like all tuna recipes, these are very easy to prepare, look attractive, and are very tasty.
28 ounces (800 grams) tuna fillet, cubed (with skin and fat removed)
4 tablespoons chopped cilantro or 12 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon sweet Moroccan paprika
1 teaspoon whole cumin granules
1/4 teaspoon saffron
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional, if you like it hot)
salt
pepper
Combine all the marinade ingredients. Place tuna cubes in a bowl, pour the marinade over them, and leave in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
As they marinate, soak wooden skewers in water to prevent scorching.
Spear three to four cubes of tuna onto each skewer and place on an oven pan lined with Gefen Parchment Paper. Pour the remaining marinade over the skewers.
Heat the oven to broiling temperature and place the pan on the shelf closest to the grill.
Grill skewers for a few minutes on each side until golden.
Remove and serve immediately.
