Ingredients

Spicy Thai Mango Avocado Salad

  • 2 mangoes, peeled and diced

  • 1/2 red onion, cut into half-moons

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, cleaned and chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, cleaned and chopped

Dressing

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Prepare the Spicy Thai Mango Avocado Salad

Place all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add the dressing, and mix.

Serve at room temperature or cold. Let sit for at least five minutes so the flavors can meld, and adjust seasonings before serving.
