Spiked Punch Granita

Ingredients

Spiked Punch Granita

  • 1 can spiked seltzer (like Truly)

  • 2 cups ginger ale

  • 1/3 container rainbow sorbet (such as Klein’s), semi-defrosted

Directions

1.

Pour all ingredients into a container and mix until sorbet is dissolved. Freeze overnight. (Note: It won’t be completely frozen in the morning since alcohol does not freeze.)

2.

When ready to serve, scrape with a fork and serve in mini glassware. Spoon a drop of the liquid over the granita for more flavor. Serve immediately.
