Diets This smoothie is so filling it kept me going from lunch until dinner (or almost!). Try it and you’ll see!
1/2 cup water or ice cubes
1 cup milk or soy milk (original flavor)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 ripe banana or 2/3 cup Beleaves Frozen Bananas
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 and 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you like it thinner, add a little more water or ice cubes. Serve immediately.
