Sweet chicken with a kick! Best served over mashed potatoes or plain rice!
2 white onions
4 chicken cutlets
2 cups duck sauce
red pepper flakes – to taste (don’t overdo it!)
Cut the onions in half and then into strips.
Sauté the onions until golden. You can do it just until translucent if you’re short on time.
Add the chicken and stir.
Then, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 20-30 minutes on a medium flame.
