A chocolate fudge without sugar, oil, flour, or eggs?! Yes, you heard that right. The pretzels really give this the perfect crunch and balance for a sweet and salty dessert.
20 Medjool dates, pitted
3/4 cup Gefen Almond Butter
3 tablespoons cacao powder
5 tablespoons Gefen Almond Milk
1 and 1/2 cups gluten free pretzels, chopped
Add the dates and almond butter to a food processor and blend on high speed.
Add in the cacao and almond milk. Blend until you have a smooth paste.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add in the pretzels. Use your hands to combine it all.
Press into a square pan or dish and freeze overnight.
Slice into squares and enjoy!
