So simple, delicious, and quick.
1 large sweet potato, cut into fries
4 tilapia fillets
1 cup Beleaves Broccoli Florets, defrosted
fresh cilantro, for garnish
2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Pereg Chili Flakes
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried basil, such as Pereg
pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place sweet potato fries on a lined baking sheet in a single layer, leaving room for the fish.
In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients.
Pour a third of the sauce over the fries.
Bake the fries for 10 minutes.
Add the fish and broccoli to the pan and cover with the remaining sauce. (An egg brush might be helpful.)
Bake for 18 minutes, then broil on high for five minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve.
