Diets Here’s a delicious Bundt cake to add to your Erev Shabbos baking.
Yields 1 (10-inch) Bundt pan
cooking oil spray
4 cups Glicks Flour
2 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 and 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) margarine
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 cup orange juice
4 teaspoons baking powder
3.25 ounces Gefen Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
1/3 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup nougat chips
1/3 cup caramel chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the Bundt pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, margarine, and oil to form crumbs. Transfer one and a half cups crumbs to another bowl and set aside for step 4.
Add the eggs, orange juice, baking powder, and pudding mix to the large bowl. Beat until smooth, then stir in all the chips.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
Bake for one hour and 15 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Bakers Choice has them.
Can this be baked in a regular baking pan?
You can usually make a bundt cake into a 9×13 or 2- 8-inch circular pans. I have never tried it with this specific recipe but it should work.
